The software behind the machine

Each printing machine is unique: from its format, to the advantages and specialty areas in which it can work, limitations and types of ink. For the use of these machines, we have dedicated time, patience and attention in training the staff, ultimately adding value to our entire experience. Constantly learning and growing, we manage to firmly hold our position and always be one step ahead. By discovering the functions and mechanism behind each software, you will be able to understand their purpose and advantages in depth and clarity.

Dedicated to the design of POS, POSM systems as well as stands or displays, the Esko Artioscad 3D Modeling Solutions software reduces the design time from two weeks to just 2-3 days, thus streamlining and streamlining the entire process.

Eliminating human error as well as the risk of joining problems, this software offers the possibility to make several variants for each individual project, to import the 3D files of the products to be exhibited, and finally to be created display systems based on them, perfectly adapted.

In order to make production processes more efficient and the consumption of material used, we chose to use the ESKO i-Cut Suite industrial software. Renowned world leader, the ESKO brand has dedicated this software to users of large format printers, due to the advantage it offers in the complete elimination of errors, reduction of waiting time and reduction of waste.

For our eco-solvent ink based printers like the Roland Soljet PRO4 XR640 model, we have gained experience and skill in using Roland’s VersaWorks software, specially designed to control and modify colors. Utilizing both PDF and PostScript, it offers the benefit of much faster and more efficient file viewing and management times, easily becoming one of the most popular and widespread RIP software. Thanks to the automatic adjustment of the ink level that estimates what percentage will be needed for the print, the security system, the user-friendly interface, the error propagation or many other helpful tools, this software simplifies both the printing process and the control mechanism up to that point.

When it comes to speed, flexibility and especially when faced with a busy production environment, we always opt for Caldera Grand RIP+ software and our large format digital printing presses, both UV ink as well as latex, are proof of its flawless functionality. Both print-to-cut and simple applications are easily supported by this color management software, providing the ideal solution for any large-scale, wide- or superwide-format printing workflow. By detecting the outer contour and placing the irregular pieces mechanically, it makes the material for the prince up to 50% more efficient, reducing the final costs significantly.

And with each passing year, we discover new technologies, machines, software and information, along with you. And every time, we will adapt and aim only for excellence and quality, for you.
