By using the industrial HP 375 latex ink printer installed in 2019 enables us to obtain the best of cost/quality ratio due to the high capacity 3 liter toner. Lower costs of up to 30% for the latex printing, entail reductions in the final price for printed materials by up to 25%.

The latex-based ink properties ensure that highly flexible and scratch-resistant prints are obtained. HP latex ink is certified GREENGUARD GOLD, which makes it compatible for any interior space, even if its properties ensure a very good behavior for outdoor display also.

Latex printing solutions for printing on natural and synthetic textile materials

Due to the ability to print directly on synthetic or natural textiles (including porous textiles — integrated collector of surplus ink), the RIP Calder Software and PANTONE and FOGRA certifications, this latex printer is the optimal solution for light boxes with textiles, textiles in general, wallpaper and other wall decoration elements.

The range of products that can be produced is wide, and banners, posters, display systems such as: popup spider, info desk, rollup, people stopper, hangers, etc., can be achieved in conditions of high economic efficiency.

The HP Latex 375 printer is ideal for large volumes, prints at speeds of up to 91 sqm/h and enhances application versatility with an ink collector for porous textiles.  Allows automatic front-to-back alignment for double-sided printing, direct printing on synthetic and natural textiles and a larger color range, 4- or 6-color printing, selectable from the software. Thanks to large 3-liter toner cartridges, ink costs are reduced by 25% to 40%.

As regards the color processing, we are licensed with the Caldera GrandRip +, a fast, flexible and powerful production software (Raster Image Processing Software) dedicated to large format applications.

Technology allows us to use any material on the Romanian market. Products that are recommended to be printed with Latex ink are from the most diverse, from posters, canvas, wallpaper, stands or indoor and outdoor signage.

The printer has a range of advantages such as scratch resistance comparable to hard-solvent ink, complete drying when printing and the possibility of immediate lamination.
